Please allow at least 60mins for a session. It’s a good idea to think about what you would like to talk about with your counsellor before you attend your appointment.
There are also benefits to being able to gift yourself a little time after the session to process your experience by not heading straight back into your busy day.
Introductory 15 minute phone appointments are available. It’s your choice to commit to further sessions by making a booking.
Each client and their process are unique. There are no set number of sessions. After a few sessions we can assess how you feel you might be doing.

|Dear Clients, please note that you will be charged 50% of the session fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment, or if you cancel without the required 24hrs advance notice. Please do your best to notify me in advance if you cannot attend your appointment, and I will gladly find time to reschedule for you.
